This furnace has been designed for the production jeweller caster where efficiency and reliability are of vital importance. The build quality is excellent and the rugged construction ensures long life and maximum productivity. The HI 36 features a programmable digital controller as standard . There is a heated stainless steel floor tray and built in chimney for fume extraction. The maximum capacity is 35 flasks (4” x 6”) however, for the most effective burnout, 30 flasks is recommended. The maximum service temperature is 1000ºC with a normal operating temperature of less than 800ºC. Mains and element failure lights are included on the front panel.
