Gold Star Pt is a two-part investment
specifically formulated to withstand the severe demands of
high temperature metals including platinum. This
two-part investment consists of a powder to be mixed with a
liquid binder produced by diluting the concentrated liquid
provided. This investment is designed to form a gel
after three hours and the necessary strength required is
generated during the burn out cycle. This provides a
mould with the correct balance of strength and permeability
to produce castings of exceptional quality.
